Moved by Christ’s life and Passion?
Give your children the same gift this Summer

Radically different new Gospel learning resource gives small children the Passion experience in an age-appropriate way.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA --“Let the little children come to Me,” Jesus commanded, “and do not hinder them, for of such is the Kingdom of God” (Lk. 18:16). Yet even while interest in Christ’s Passion sweeps the country, millions of children are being left out!

But that situation is changing fast as parents, grandparents, pastors and teachers discover “The Living Gospel,” a radically new product that makes learning about Jesus irresistible to children 4 to 11.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR EASTER

“The Living Gospel” is an animated “interactive storybook” CD-ROM that not only takes kids back to Jesus’ time but makes them participants. This new way to teach today’s computer-savvy children to love Jesus makes a perfect gift for Easter, First Communion, birthday or any occasion.

“When kids click on the images of Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the Apostles, and all the people, animals and objects on their screen,” explains Fernando Uribe, the product’s creator, “they hear their voices and sound effects, plus explanations of Bible terms, personalities and events. Surprise after hidden surprise comes alive when kids click on them. It has all the fun of an Easter egg hunt—and what the children find is far more valuable!’”

In 11 interactive chapters, the new CD-ROM (for Windows only) teaches children all four Gospels. It begins with the Angel Gabriel appearing to Mary and ends with Jesus’ return to Heaven, and includes a Bible verse finder. Jesus’ Passion is taught in a moving, age-appropriate, non-bloody way. “After only two weeks with ‘The Living Gospel,’ Uribe says, “your child will literally know and love the Gospel better than the typical adult does. Best of all, his love for Jesus will grow and deepen.”

“Spiritual renewal is taking place because of Mel Gibson’s stunning movie about Christ,” Uribe believes. “But a Hollywood movie can’t do it all, and children can’t see this one anyway. Yet children are naturally open to Jesus, and their early years are when we must plant the seeds of Christian faith. ‘The Living Gospel’ makes this easy, for only about the cost of taking the family to McDonald’s.”

A TOTALLY NEW BIBLE PRODUCT CATEGORY

“‘The Living Gospel’ isn’t just another Bible product,” Uribe states. “It’s a totally new category—a completely new way to evangelize. With it, kids don’t just passively watch or read—they ‘live’ the Gospel. It effectively combines easy-to-read on-screen text, voice narration, animation, games, music, sound effects and more. Kids read, listen, watch, interact and play their way through the entire Gospel. They experience a fascinating voyage of discovery and, we hope, grace.”

Plus, it includes a special ‘Loaves & Fishes’ game, where kids get to help the disciples give out the loaves and fishes that Jesus miraculously multiplied. But the people keep changing places, so it’s a challenge to find the right person to feed! Children just love this game. They play it for hours.

LET JESUS WIN YOUR KIDS—BEFORE THE WORLD DOES

“Negative influences are battling for even your youngest children these days,” he points out. “You can’t help them know and love Jesus too early in life. ‘The Living Gospel’ powerfully reinforces what parents and Christian schools teach boys and girls.”

“The Living Gospel” gives children other benefits, Uribe states: “Their reading and vocabulary improve, and they pick up new computer skills. They can even start learning another language, because ‘The Living Gospel’ comes in both English and Spanish, on the same disk.” He adds that “The Living Gospel” is designed for all branches of Christianity.

New Breakthrough Makes Kids Ecstatic over Learning about Jesus and the Gospel

Radically new product makes learning the Gospel not just fun but irresistible for children 4 to 11. It is called “The Living Gospel" interactive CD-ROM, an incredibly effective new way to evangelize.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CALIFORNIA---“My students now beg me to learn about Jesus and the Gospel!” says Fran Dornan, a local elementary school teacher. “My son won’t sit still for five minutes, but he stayed glued to this for an hour and a half,” exclaims Tom Ayral, a Los Angeles executive. “My grandson deserted his model railroad—his favorite pastime!” reports Pat Homan, a ministry leader from Ohio.

Raves like these are greeting a radically new product that makes learning the Gospel not just fun but irresistible for children 4 to 11. It is called “The Living Gospel” —an animated “interactive storybook” CD-ROM about the life of Jesus.

“‘The Living Gospel’ isn’t just another Bible product,” explains Fernando Uribe, the program‘s creator. “It’s a totally new category—a completely new way to evangelize. Beyond having children passively reading, watching or listening, ‘The Living Gospel’ takes them back to Jesus’ time and turns them into active participants—they ‘live’ the Gospel. This interactive journey of discovery engages kids into learning better, deeper, and faster. What’s more, they become fascinated by the Gospel message and its life-altering power.”

Designed for all branches of Christianity, the new CD-ROM (for Windows only) contains 11 interactive chapters that combine all four Gospels and cover the main events in the life of Jesus. It begins with the Angel Gabriel appearing to Mary and ends with Jesus’ return to Heaven. A stirring epilogue states that “the adventure that Jesus started 2,000 years ago, lives on today.”

Each chapter begins with written and spoken narration accompanied by music and an animated sequence. When the animation stops, children can “click” on the different characters, objects and places on the screen to travel deeper and deeper into the story. Scores of hidden surprises come alive when kids click on them—it really is ‘The Living Gospel.’ Plus, a talking dictionary explains Bible terms, personalities and events. There’s even a Bible verse finder.

During a recent family ministry event that packed the Los Angeles Sports Arena, scores of kids eagerly awaited their turn to play with “The Living Gospel” and one of its most popular features: an interactive game called “Loaves & Fishes.” In it, children get to help the disciples give out the loaves and fishes that Jesus miraculously multiplied.

What gives kids so much fun is that the people on the screen keep changing places, so it’s a challenge to find the right person to feed. “In contrast to many computer games where kids spend hours killing people for ‘entertainment’,” Uribe points out, “‘The Living Gospel’ has kids helping Jesus feed the hungry. Imagine the implications.

“Most children enjoying it,” Uribe states, “will soon know and love the Gospel better than the typical adult does. Best of all, their love for Jesus will grow and deepen, too. It’s every parent’s dream.”

Uribe, also the Founder and CEO of newly formed Tercium Entertainment, the product’s publisher, is the father of two girls and two boys. He brings a background in computers, music and award-winning Christian animated videos for children to “The Living Gospel.”

“If you want to reach today’s kids,” he insists, “you have to go where they live—on their computers. That’s where kids learn today. Now parents, grandparents, clergy, teachers, homeschoolers and missionaries can transmit their faith to children through their computers, and give them endless fun as well.”

“The Living Gospel” gives children other benefits, Uribe states: “Their reading and vocabulary improve, and they pick up new computer skills.” They can even start learning another language, because ‘The Living Gospel’ comes in both English and Spanish, on the same disk—a big plus for missionaries.

It took Uribe and his team seven years to develop “The Living Gospel.” When asked whether he sees a Biblical connection to that number, Uribe smiles: “At times the task did feel like a challenge of Biblical proportions. But it’s been a lot of fun, too.” Based on the amazing response that his new product is already generating, the success of the “The Living Gospel” could very well be of Biblical magnitude. And amid all the fun, children will be the biggest beneficiaries.
